एनजीओं भवन व्दारा एनजीओ की क्षमताओं का विकास करने के लिये इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ सोशल डेवलपमेंट (IISD), इंदौर की मदद से निम्नाकित शैक्षिक पाठ्यक्रमों की व्यवस्था की गई है :
